Scope
Our website provides corporate information and B2B quotation communications; it does not sell products or accept online payments. Contact details, RFQ content and any uploaded technical files are used to assess and communicate about the request. The Personal Data Protection Notice explains categories, legal grounds and rights.
Technical documents and access
Technical documents are held in quotation storage separate from general website media. Files may be sent to authorised quotation recipients as email attachments or through expiring download links. Possession of a link enables access during its validity, so share links only with authorised persons. Do not send unnecessary personal information or customer documents you are not authorised to share. Submission does not transfer intellectual property; customer confidentiality and trade secrets require protection even without personal data.
Security and service providers
Access permissions and the scope of file sharing are important to protecting data. IT infrastructure, hosting, security and email services are used and may involve overseas processing or access. Email attachments and copies in recipient mailboxes are also part of the data scope.
Retention and erasure
RFQ records, technical files and correspondence are assessed against open requests, ongoing business relationships, specific legal needs and applicable document duties. Logs and backups are assessed against security, troubleshooting and recovery needs. When those needs end, applicable law requires consideration of erasure, destruction or anonymisation. There is no universal automatic deletion period; expiry of a download link does not mean that the file has been erased.
